The Micromax Canvas Hue flaunts a 5-inch AMOLED multi touch display which provides better contrasts and superior viewing angles in comparison to other screens. It carries a resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels leading to a pixel density of 294ppi. The Corning Gorilla Glass 3.0 protection makes sure that it stays out of scratches and fingerprints.


At the heart of the Micromax Canvas Hue, there is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM to handle powerful applications and multitasking efficiently. The Mali 450 graphics unit takes care of rich games and videos on the big screen. It sails on Android v4.4 KitKat OS which is further upgradable up to the latest Android v5.0 Lollipop OS via firmware over the air (FOTA) technology.

Camera and Storage

The Micromax Canvas Hue arrives with an 8MP autofocus camera camera at the back with Sony Exmor R CMOS sensor and LED flash thereby reproducing sharp and clear pictures and videos even in the dark. At the front, there is a 2MP snapper for selfies and video calling. It has an inbuilt storage unit of 8GB which is further expandable up to 32GB.

On the connectivity front, it supports 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, USB port and Bluetooth v4.0.
